All packages ship Monday of every week. We have a turn around time of 3-5 business days.

All packages are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS First Class Mail or depending on weight may upgrade to Priority Mail. All shipments are insured and tracking is emailed to you as soon as the packaged is shipped. Shipments should arrive within 3 days however in the case your package does not arrive please email us at mysunflowerside@gmail.com so we can follow the steps to locate, replace or credit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If a product is found to be broken within 7 days of arrival a credit will be issued to the customers account. If the product is still available we will ship a replacement product in next order or the customer can choose credit. To start the process please email us a photo of the broken item to mysunflowerside@gmail.com
